What I did this summer …

Hey, Friends! It’s Jennifer here. I’ve been away from Erica’s for a while but you can bet I’ve not been far from my sewing machine! I can’t wait to show you some of what I’ve been up to. Hopefully, you can’t wait to see!

I finally finished up my “French General” quilt, so called because I used primarily French General fabrics. They are some of my very favorites. I know you won’t believe this, but, I still have enough left over to make at least one more quilt.

French General QuiltGifts are some of my favorite things to make and this has been the year of the personalized pillow for all of my favorite young people. This summer, my niece Aly got hers.

Baby QuiltsAnd I even got a jump start on Christmas. I used some of my polka dot stash fabric (What? You DON’T have a polka dot stash?) to make a Supernova Quilt from the book Quilting Modern (A16782).

Supernova QuiltSo, how about you? What have you been up to? Are you already started on your holiday gifts? I sure hope so because, people, it’s October!

Remember, you can see What’s New at Erica’s almost every day! Any page of our website has a column on the left that tells you where to find things, and all you have to do is look for “New Items” in purple, and click to find out.
